ON SUNDAY 22 JULY THE NEW BUILDING AT BARMOOR CASTLE WAS OFFICIALLY OPENED BY LORD JOICEY FROM FORD AND ETAL.
The new building is named Hedley Hall, after Hedley Lamb, who is much missed at Barmoor.
A very big thank you to everyone who came and helped us celebrate but especially thank you to Lord Joicey for opening our fantastic new space and to the architect, David Dobson, all the trades who made it happen and to Walter Cochrane Senior and Junior, without whom it wouldn’t have been possible.
Also a big thank to Cheviot Brewery for brewing our very own ale – Barmoor Brew and to Dorothy Peacock for the wonderful flowers and to Wilkins Fine Dining for the delicious food.
The main office and reception is now in Hedley Hall and new holiday homes for sale are situated just next to the building for you to have a look around – just pop into the office and we’ll give you the keys.
Thank you to everyone who made the opening day and we can’t wait to start using Hedley Hall for all your great ideas!
