Tis the season to start your Christmas shopping! Get into the festive spirit at The Alnwick Garden Pavilion on Sunday 16th November 2025, where our indoor Christmas Market will be open from 10:30am – 3:30pm.
Browse beautiful stalls filled with unique gifts and handmade crafts. Enjoy delicious festive treats and bakes, and warm up with an indulgent tipsy hot chocolate – the perfect way to start the season!

Winter Circus at the Alnwick Garden
Come and experience the Big Top within the setting of The Alnwick Garden this winter where you can watch one of two daily performances* and take part in a FREE interactive circus workshop.
*Ticketed circus performances at 11am and 2pm £3 per seat –

Please note that dogs are not allowed in The Garden and Lilidorei (with the exception of registered assistance and guide dogs).
Father Christmas at Lilidorei
From 20th November through to 24th December – Experience the magic of Christmas with a visit to Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden and meet Father Christmas himself in his enchanting grotto. Share your Christmas wishes with Father Christmas in a cosy, festive setting perfect for photos and memories.
Your Father Christmas ticket includes a private visit to Father Christmas and exclusive gift (this also includes entry to Lilidorei).
PLEASE NOTE: If you are accompanying a child to see Father Christmas at Lilidorei, you need to have a valid form of admission, which can be one of the following:
- A ticket valid on the day for Lilidorei entry (for Father Christmas DAY time slots)
- A ticket valid on the date for Winter Lights (for Father Christmas EVENING time slots)
- A Garden or Lilidorei Membership
- A Combo Membership for The Garden and Lilidorei
